Who can live under the big hot burning sun especially whole year summer in Malaysia. Ice cream is the medicine to treat the hot that is it, Sangkaya. Sangkaya is a ice cream shop that make the fresh coconut ice cream with different flavour.

Today we order the fresh baked waffle and Sangkaya Basic which is signature with 4 scopes of ice cream and a coconut water. This value duel only serve 20 sets per day.

Sangkaya Signature

The flavour we choose are coconut, Teh Ijo (Green Tea), Teh Tarik (Tea) and Tau Fu Fa (Soya Bean Pudding). The coconut you can taste the freshness of coconut with the flesh inside the ice cream. Green Tea flavour is not too sweet, Tea flavour is taste like berries??? (I hope my taste buds is still working) and tau fu fa flavour is taste like soya bean drinks and we think this flavour only be accepted by locals.

Fresh Baked Waffle - RM12.10

The fresh baked waffle with the coconut ice cream on top is the best match. Their waffle hide the surprise which is with the blueberry filling. The topping on the ice cream is cereal that add the texture to the dessert.
